The Site:

This site presents an on-line story-based role-playing game. As the developers and creators of this site, we have done our utmost to provide a content rich environment with graphics relating directly to the characterizations and plot lines of the story. As time goes by, we fully intend on adding more game-specific imagery and of course (this should go without saying) game related content.

"Adult-themed" does not mean being purposefully offensive:

This site deals with adult themes, in a mature manner without overdoing and abusing that realm. As such, all players are expected to do the same. All players acknowledge that they have read the site policies section and that they agree to the terms and conditions set in these site policies by their submission and/or play of a character for play in the on-line game. We welcome visitors, but expect visitors to conduct themselves appropriately in viewing this site. If any part of this site is offensive to you as a visitor, you always have the freedom to immediately leave... All players understand that this site deals with adult related themes in a mystery-horror based genre and that by submission of a character to play on this site, in effect, is a statement by them that language and imagery on this site does not offend them.

Developers and Players Make this site:

This site can not succeed by simply the efforts of two individuals. The players of this game are what make this game move and we respect every player's right to a unique and profound experience while playing. Those who do not wish to follow the established game precepts for play will be warned and/or subsequently dismissed based on their behavior.

1. Abuse/Harassment of other players
Simple - Don't do this in any way, shape or form.
Abusive behavior relates to message boards, chat rooms, player to player email and any other areas where communication is used in play or not. Transcripts for chat rooms are readily available to site administrators. Emails can be copied and forwarded by those who have issues with other players. Don't think you're going to get away with something...you may once or twice, but not forever.

2. Excessive use of offensive language not in context with the character or setting.
This site will use language and adult themes but not in a manner that is extreme or purely for shock value.

3. Spamming pariah-productions email accounts or other users email accounts whether @pariah-productions.com or not.
If this type of abuse is reported, it will be investigated thoroughly. Blocking IP's and other methods may be used in order to prevent abuse such as this.

4. All players are expected to conduct themselves in a mature adult manner.
If your playing detracts from the story and does not add to the set mood and enjoyable experience, you will be spoken to.

This game should be about enjoyment of play. All of these rules have been posted and the policies and legal disclaimers made extensive and fully available, but we trust that our players will play in a manner they expect others to play in order to achieve maximum enjoyment from this game.
