Realm: Sorcery

Gender: Either

Designation:
Sorcerer or Sorceress

Enchantment
First - what this is not...being the creation of items of power. And as for what it is...the ability to distract, entrance and "enchant" others directly or indirectly. Enchantment is not, strictly speaking, an enthrallment, but a way of "allowing" others also to disregard one's presence as much as it may be used to create high regard and esteem within the subject it is used upon. The larger the grouping of afected people, the harder this becomes...

Charming
Unlike the "charms" of a witch,

Illusion
The ability to create imagery that to others senses is real, but in truth is a falsehood. This is an external power, menaing that it does not specifically affect a single mind - the illusion is there for many to see, and for those that see it and have the capability, to discern its true nature. It should be noted an illusionist creates the image and setting that others may perceive, while mental illusions through a cablist mental alteration technique are each within a specifc mind. A true sorcerous illusionist may not be able to touch the mind directly, but he feeds the sense of many with a single image rather than paying more and more for multiple targets to see the same imagery.

Invocation
Summoning?...Not quite...An invocation is something one brings within oneslef as a defensive measure. Unlike Witches, Sorcerers may not "invoke a spirit" through this type of invocation. But sorcerers do draw within themselves protections and defenses, or capabilities. When one invokes, they draw within to themselves. When one evokes, they can a) push that which has been drawn within or b) cause an external magical affect - usually of an added destructed nature (see evocation).
